As a thank you for placing your Wedding Wish List with www.Presents.ie we have the following Bonus Scheme in place.
€500 - €2999 = 5% Bonus
€3000 - €4999 = 6% Bonus
€5000 - €7999 = 7.5% Bonus
€8000 + = 10% Bonus
The bonus will be issued as a gift voucher for www.presents.ie. It will be based on the net amount purchased not including gift vouchers.
Free Delivery Details
We deliver all presents for free, saving you and your guests delivery costs. We usually make two deliveries one before the wedding and one after. One of our sales team will contact you to arrange delivery.
Compiling your Wedding List
We recommend compiling your list 8 - 10 weeks prior to the wedding. If you need assistance any one of our staff at Present.ie can assist you in choosing your items. When you have decided on your list, we can provide you with a Presents.ie wedding wish list to include with your invitations.
How does your wedding list work
If you decide to place your wedding list with us, we will provide you with a Wedding Wish List which you can send with your invitations to your guests.
Your guests can buy through our website Presents.ie or over the phone. When you or your guests log-in to presents.ie, they enter wedding list. You will be asked to enter the Brides Name/Surname or Grooms Name/Surname. Once you have done this you will see details and pictures of each of your presents. As each present is bought it will disappear off your list.
Statement of Purchases
On a weekly basis we will email you a Statement of Purchases. This will detail the following;
What present each guest bought.
The date each present was purchased.
Details of cost of purchase.
Returns
Presents can not be returned unless purchased in Presents.ie. Statement of purchases should be requested before returning an item.
Presents have to be returned 21 days from date of delivery. Credit will be issued for the value of purchase only.
Credit will be issued if an item is faulty.
Items can only be returned if they are current season stock. Discontinued items will not be exchanged or refunded.
