Presents.ie reserve the right to refuse any individual access to this site. The sale of alcohol is not permitted to persons under the age of 18.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Irish laser and American express. We also accept payment by Cheque, postal order or bank Draft.
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT.
Free Delivery to anywhere in Ireland on all purchases over €200 .
Prices do not include Delivery Charges.
All orders are charged in euro and any refunds are made in euro.
Presents.ie have made all reasonable effort to ensure that photographs reflect an accurate picture of the Presents bought. Majority of Presents are handmade and can have minor variances to the photograph, these manufacturing variances are out of our control.
Presents.ie aim is to ensure the highest possible level of customer service. When you purchase a Present, your transaction will be processed immidiately. If for any reason Presents.ie is unable to process your order, you will be notified as soon as possible by e-mail for orders originating from this website or by telephone for orders placed by telephone.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Presents.ie with in 7 days of the delivery date. Although we use a very reliable third Party Courier service to deliver Presents, we cannot guarantee exact delivery date. All non-deliveries have to be reported within 20 days. Contact us at Customerservice@presents.ie to arrange a replacement.
All goods remain the property of Presents.ie until payment is received in full.
Cost of delivery will not be refunded in event of a present being exchanged.
If for any reason you are unhappy within any present purchased, that item can be exchanged within 7 days. Items will only be exchanged if item and packaging is as new. Items are returned at your expense.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged.
