All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Presents.ie within 7 days of the delivery date. Although we use a very reliable third Party Courier service to deliver Presents, we cannot guarantee exact delivery date. All non-deliveries have to be reported within 20 days. RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are unhappy within any present purchased, that item can be exchanged within 7 days. Items will only be exchanged if item and packaging is as new. Items are returned at your expense.
Cost of delivery will not be refunded in event of a present being exchanged.
